Refund policy
1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
You can request a return only within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

The product is defective upon delivery
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify Abanié within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Refund requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process and Timeline
Once a refund request is approved:

After inspection, you will be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and can take 7 to 14 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Custom-made or personalized products

Items marked as final sale

Intimate apparel or swimwear for hygiene reasons

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
5. Cancellation by the Client
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
6. Cancellation by the Company
Abanié reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational issues. In such cases, any amounts paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
7. Exchange or Rescheduling Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
8. Late or No-Show Policy
For services, events, or scheduled appointments, failure to attend or respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the booking, without refund or rescheduling.
9. Force Majeure and Unexpected Events
Abanié shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures to fulfill orders due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural events, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
